# How it works

The loan application process in Mida Forms follows a simple workflow. Before customers can submit applications, you must configure and publish a loan application form.

**Steps**

1. **Create a Loan Product** – Define the loan offering, including its terms, eligibility, and configuration.
2. **Create a Form** – Design the loan application form that customers will complete.
3. **Create an Offer Letter** – Prepare the loan offer letter template that will be presented upon approval.
4. **Attach the Offer Letter to the Form** – Associate the appropriate offer letter with the application form.
5. **Publish the Form** – Once published, the form becomes active and accessible.
6. **Share the Form Link** – A unique application URL is generated, which can be shared with customers to begin submitting loan applications.
